We ship worldwide working with multiple couriers to ensure the best shipping methods possible.

The estimated delivery time depends on the country of destination. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email together with a track & trace number.

All shipping prices includes VAT, please be aware Custom duties are excluded for countries outside of the EU. 

We strive towards fullfilling your shipment within 1 -2 working days (excluding weekends).

Please be aware of a longer delivery time during the holidays and sale periods.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer 10% discount for new customers when they subscribe to our online newsletter, you can subscribe through the website: www.oallery.com

We also offer exclusive/seasonal discounts, these are communicated through our social media.

Where can I get a discount?

You can return your order within 14 business days. Be aware that all responsible return costs are applicable by the customer.

Submit a return request 
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation and then request a return.  

1. Log in to your account: 
1.1 In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
1.2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.     
1.3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. 

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 
5. Click Request return.  

If your return request is approved, it can be returned to our store adress. As soon as we receive the item(s), you'll receive a refund within 2-3 working days.

Please ensure your return is sent back in the same condition as you received it. OALLERY will only process refunds once we've received and verified the products' condition in our warehouse.

How do I sent my order back to OALLERY?

If you have received the wrong item(s) in your order, please make sure to send us a message containing:

-Order number

-Pictures of the item(s)

-Screenshot of your original order

I've received the wrong item. What happens now?

Import duties are applicable to all orders from outside the EU. All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Oallery will not change any item prices to decrease the amount of import duties applied to the order.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

Your order has been accepted and is currently being processed, you will receive a notification as soon as your order is fulfilled.
