Import duties are applicable to all orders from outside the EU. All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Oallery will not change any item prices to decrease the amount of import duties applied to the order.
If the item will be denied for clearance because the customer does not want to pay the import duties this will be charged over the refundable amount. To clarify this, when denying and returning the item OALLERY has to pay import duties over the item to receive it.
