I can't place an order, what should i do?Updated 7 months ago
If you can't place an order due to an error message, then we would recommend making sure the details you have entered are correct, this includes:
-Card details
-Billing adress for the card
-The security code (CVV) on the back of your card.
If you checked all these and still are having issues then it may be your bank stopping this from going through. We would recommend contacting them directly for more information. If you keep on receiving an error message, then please contact us through the contact form with a screenshot of your order and we will contact you as soon as possible.
