Customers can return item(s) within 14 business days at their own expense (non-used items(s) in new condition only.) Please be aware that all responsible return costs are applicable by the customer.

Underneath is shown step by step how to create a return request.

3Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

51. Log in to your account:
6 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
7 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
8 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
92. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
103. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
114. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
125. Click Request return.

18After the product is returned, we will process a refund as soon as possible.


We will either exchange the item(s) or refund your money minus shipping costs and/or additional fees. Oallery reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of €5,- off refunds when merchandise is returned without prior written communications and/or agreement. Both the returned item(s) and the packaging has to be unused as new condition, if the product packaging is damaged, Oallery will charge a fee of a minimum of 15% of the retail value of the product.


In case of an error from Oallery’s side; wherein a return is necessary, returns should be sent using the post (no express shipping.) Items that are returned as faulty and are showing signs of damage, which are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious or wearer related damages.
